Seizure alert dogs have an amazing natural ability to warn of impending seizure activity up to an hour in advance—allowing their partners to move to a safe environment. for the duration of the seizure.  Canine Partners for Life (Pennsylvania) is one of only five organizations worldwide to place seizure alert dogs.   To date, CPL has placed over 500 service and home companion dogs in 43 states.

Jean will discuss this topic with Jackie Jarest who has applied for a Seizure Alert Dog (she lives in Greenland NH) and Harry Reed, care giver for and advocate of people with disabilities.
